Warnings, watches end for Ottawa

Ottawa is no longer under a tornado warning, a tornado watch and a severe thunderstorm warning

Environment Canada issued several watches earlier today as a severe storm swept through the capital.

At least one Barrhaven touched down in Ottawa, impacting roughly 50 homes in the Barrhaven area.

One person was reported injured from the day’s events.
