Arson unit investigating suspicious fire in Vanier area

The Ottawa Police (OPS) Arson Unit is investigating a suspicious fire that occurred in a shed of an apartment building in the 100 block of Lavergne Street in the Vanier area.
The shed fire was reported at roughly 1:40 a.m. on July 27, and spread to three nearby vehicles.
No Injuries were reported and police are looking for anyone with doorbell camera or video surveillance footage of any suspicious activity in the Lavergne Street area between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. on July 27.
