OPP find man wanted Canada-wide after 3 months on the run

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have located a man that has been on the run for more than three months.

Benjamin Buda went unlawfully at large on July 10, he was serving a two-year, two-month and eight-day sentence for weapons charges.

The 34-year-old was said to have frequented the nation’s capital, Barrie and Toronto.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad said they apprehended Buda in Ottawa on Nov. 1.
