OTTAWA – A man already serving life for two murder convictions has had another life sentence handed down — this time for aggravated assault.
Back in June, Marc Leduc was found guilty in the vicious murders of two women, Pamela Kosmack, 39, and Leeanne Lawson, 23.

According to Postmedia, he has now been convicted and sentenced in connection to the sexual assault of Rita DeNobriga, who fought for the right to lift the publication ban on her own name so she could tell her story.
The paper says she awoke on the night of November, 1, 2012 to find Leduc standing over her bed with a knife, and she was then violently sexually assaulted.
Blood samples taken from that scene were analyzed, matching DNA found at the Pamela Kosmack and Leeanne Lawson murder scenes, linking Leduc to the crimes. Those murder convictions are being appealed.
