Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) issued warrants for the arrest of two men who they have charged with second-degree murder in connection with a suspicious Perth death.
In a press release, officials said Joseph Madore, 34, and Brayton Kennedy, 28, from the nation’s capital, are on the run. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them and not to approach the accused if they are seen.
The two are wanted in connection with the death of a 34-year-old Ottawa man.
In a press release April 21, police identified the victim as Christo Allison Richards. They believe the incident was targeted and there is no broad threat to the public.
Officers were called on April 12 around 3:15 p.m. in Perth, Ont., where they found Richards with life-threatening injuries. He was found in Last Duel Park along the river.
