Ottawa Human Society search for the owner of injured puppy

The Ottawa Humane Society along with Crimestoppers are trying to track down the owner of an injured puppy after they refused to bring their dog in for treatment.
The puppy, named Tank, reportedly suffered a broken back leg on Oct. 26 and was unable to walk.
An Ottawa Humane Society agent had advised that the owner get the dog to a vet for surgery but they didn’t follow through.
Tank is described as being a terrier mix, about 6 months old, dark brown, brindle colour.
Tank’s owner is known only as Jennifer. She’s described as a white woman in her 20’s, about 5’6 with shoulder length brown hair and may be living in Centretown.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact the Ottawa Humane Society or Crimestoppers.
