OPS Hoopstars host annual community basketball game

The OPS Hoopstars will be hosting a free community fun day.

The event will take place on July 20, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m, at St. Luke's Park on 166 Frank Street.

Participants are encouraged to bring donations for the Shepherds of Good Hope. Accepted items include canned goods, money and socks.

During the tournament, attendees will have access to free activities like barbecue, face painting, a dunk tank, jump meter and a photo booth where kids can try on police and Hoopstars' gear. There will also be games on the basketball court, including wheelchair basketball.
