Some regional election results are in; some delayed due to technical difficulties

Ontario voters have had their say in municipal elections across the province.
Incumbent Mayor Shawn Pankow has been re-elected in Smiths Falls, beating Joe Gallipeau.
In Carleton Place, Douglas Black was elected, beating out incumbent mayor Louis Antonakos.
Paula Assaly is the mayor-elect in Hawkesbury, beating out incumbent Jeanne Charlebois.
In Mississippi Mills, Christa Lowry was elected the new mayor.
Walter Stack is the new mayor in Arnprior.
Voters in Perth have re-elected John Fenik.
Voters in Clarence-Rockland have re-elected Guy Desjardins.
The mayor-elect in Brockville is Jason Baker and the mayor-elect in Cornwall is Bernadette Clement.
Meantime, many voters in Ontario will continue to cast ballots Tuesday after technical difficulties forced at least a dozen municipalities to extend voting in local elections.
Dominion Voting Systems, a company that provides tabulation systems in Canada and the U.S., said in a statement that 51 municipalities were impacted by a glitch that stalled online voting for at least 90 minutes.
Voting has been extended in the Township of Laurentian Valley, Pembroke, Petawawa, Renfrew, and the Township of Whitewater Region.
Other municipalities impacted include Waterloo, Prince Edward County, Greater Sudbury, and several communities in the Muskoka region.
