Video appears to show truck convoy protest organizer Pat King being arrested

A video has surfaced online that appears to show convoy protest organizer Pat King being arrested while in his vehicle.
In the video, someone who looks to be a police officer can be seen telling King he's facing a number of charges:
- Mischief
- Counselling to commit the offence of mischief
- Counselling to commit the offence of obstruct police
- Counselling to commit the offence of disobey court order
CityNews reached out to police to confirm the arrest but were given the statement below.
“The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) does not confirm or deny an investigation about a named person on the arrest of a named person until such a time as charged are laid. Charges laid are a matter of court record.”
King is one of three convoy organizers who were arrested in the past 24 hours as police ramped up their presence in the downtown core.
Tamara Lich was arrested overnight, while Chris Barber’s arrest happened on Thursday, February 18.
