UPDATE: Environment Canada has ended its winter weather travel advisory for Ottawa.

A winter weather travel advisory is in effect from Environment Canada.
Snow will be heavy at times before ending late Wednesday evening.
Snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm are to be expected.
Motorists should be prepared for challenging winter driving conditions, including quick snow accumulation on highways.
