The Grove Nursing Home is recruiting ahead of its move to a brand-new, 96-bed facility in Arnprior.
The home says its plan is to grow the frontline healthcare team over the summer, with staggered starts to ensure a smooth transition for the residents when the arrive toward the end of the season.
The Grove, which is part of Arnprior Regional Health (ARH), will be hiring for new positions in various job classifications including nursing, personal support workers (PSWs), food services and housekeeping.
The new facility is organized in three "resident home areas" each with its own dining room, living room, single bedrooms, two-bed rooms and a dedicated care team. The new home also includes infection prevention and control upgrades that facilitates improved management of future infectious disease outbreaks and pandemic.
The new positions have begun to be posted on the Arnprior Regional Health website and additional roles will be added over the coming weeks and months.
