UPDATE: Owner of lost Alpaca found near Perth

OPP reported a lost llama near the town earlier, Friday.

UPDATE: The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) says a lost alpaca has been reunited with its owner.


Provincial police are dealing with llama drama in Lanark County. 

The Lanark Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) tweeted that officers found a runaway llama since Thursday evening, in the area of Drummond Concession 7, east of Perth.

Police say the animal has been secured and are currently looking for the owner.
