Police seek man considered armed and dangerous

OTTAWA – Police have arrested two people, and are searching for another, after an incident in Sandy Hill involving a firearm.
The Ottawa Police Service Human Trafficking Unit is investigating a ‘violent encounter’ in an apartment in the 1-100 block of Daly Avenue in the early morning hours on May 24, 2016.
Devon Labelle, 23 of Ottawa, has been charged with human trafficking, receiving financial benefit from human trafficking, assault causing bodily harm, uttering threats and eight counts of assault. He is currently in police custody.
Keisha Touzin, 24 of Ottawa, has been charged with aggravated assault and released with a court date.
Police are still searching for Pierre Senatus, 21 of Ottawa, and have issued a warrant for his arrest.
Senatus is described as:
-black
-6’0″ tall
-medium build
-medium curly hair, possibly braided
-has a beard
Senatus faces charges of sexual assault with a weapon, assault with a weapon and aggravated assault. He also faces eight different firearm-related charges.
Police say Senatus should be considered armed and dangerous.
