Police arrest and charge five people for attempting to steal vehicles in Ottawa’s east end
Five people from Montreal, including two young offenders, have been arrested and charged for attempting to steal vehicles overnight in the east end of Ottawa.
The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) said on X, that officers observed a suspicious vehicle on St. Laurent Boulevard at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 21.
All five occupants were arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, possession of break and enter instruments, unlawfully possess a vehicle master key, and other related offences.
