Police looking for teenager wanted for uttering threats and mischief

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) East Criminal Investigations Section has released this image of a wanted person in Ottawa.

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 18-year-old Ross Porter of Ottawa.

He remains at large and is wanted on a “first warrant for mischief to property and for disguising himself with the intent to commit the mischief,” OPS say in a release.

Porter is also wanted for uttering threats and other mischief-related offences. Police are concerned for the safety of victims.

Police describe Ross Porter as:

  • White male
  • 5’7” (170 cm) tall
  • 146 lbs (66 kgs)
  • Long, brown hair
  • Possible facial hair

OPS say if you see Porter, do not approach him and call 911.
