Gloucester home targeted with gunfire for second time in weeks

Officers responded to a community in Ottawa early Tuesday morning for reports of a shooting.

Police were called to the 2100 block of Beaconwood Drive around 2:39 a.m. in Gloucester. When they arrived, officers found bullet holes and shell casings at a house.

There were no injuries reported, a press release reads.

According to officials, this is the second incident of a shooting at the home in recent weeks. The first happened on April 2, around 10:15 p.m.

Police are asking anyone with information or video footage to contact investigators.
