Hour 1:

Wednesday. The Ontario election campaign is officially underway.

12:08 – “Diesel before COVID i was paying  cents a litre, now I'm paying a dollar-eighty five, so that's more than one hundred per cent up…the price of fertilizer last year I paid an average of $700 a ton, this year I had to pay $1,400 a ton average and I had to pay for it up front.”

Rob speaks with local farmer Peter Ruiter about how inflation and the war in Ukraine is impacting the local agriculture industry.

23:50 – “Doug Ford is much more a pragmatist and populist than he is an ideological conservative, so a lot of that traditional line of criticism was quickly dispelled when it was levelled against Ford.”

This is the place to score your Political Fix! This week's panel features strategists Kate Harrison and Geoff Turner.
