23 year old Arnprior man charged with attempted murder for New Years Day attack

ARNPRIOR, Ont.- An Arnprior man faces a string of charges including attempted murder connected to a new year’s day incident at a home just outside of the town.
Just before 4:30 a.m.on new year’s day, Renfrew OPP were called to a home on Gillies St. with reports a man with an ‘edged weapon’ had injured several people.
On arrival police and paramedics discovered 2 men and one woman between the ages of 25 and 34. One of them was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The suspect fled the scene before police arrived but was found later that afternoon.
Kory Robilliard-Delahunt, 23, was arrested and charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, and four counts of uttering threats.
Police will not say if he knew the victims, as the investigation continues.
