Hawkesbury man charged in Sandy Hill sexual assault

OTTAWA – A Hawkesbury man has been charged following a violent attack inside a home in Sandy Hill on Tuesday night.

A woman was found severely beaten inside the home in the 200 block of Somerset Street East. She says she was also sexually assaulted.

Yves Jean Brisebois, 60, has been charged with aggravated sexual assault and breach of recognizance.

Police say they believe there could be more victims.
